Example: The defendant's second pleading responding to the plaintiff's replay to the defendant's first answer. For example, A (the plaintiff) alleges that B (the defendant) was negligent. B answers, denying negligence and stating that A was at fault. A spends that he was not at fault because B caused the problem. B's "rejoinder" denies A's replay that B caused the problem.
ឧទាហរណ៍៖ ការជជែកតបលើកទីពីររបស់ចុងចោទ​ដែលឆ្លើយតបទៅនឹងចម្លើយរបស់ដើមចោទ​ដែលឆ្លើយទៅនឹងចម្លើយលើកទីមួយរបស់ចុងចោទ ។ ឧទាហរណ៍៖ ឈ្មោះ​ក (ដើមចោទ) ចោទឈ្មោះ​ខ (ចុងចោទ) ថាបាប្រព្រឹត្តិបទធ្វេសប្រហែស ។ ឈ្មោះខ​បានអះអាងថា​ឈ្មោះក​ជាអ្នកធ្វើខុស ។ ឈ្មោះក​បានឆ្លើយថាខ្លួន​មិនមានខុសអ្វីទេពីព្រោះឈ្មោះខ​បង្កឱ្យមានបញ្ហា ។ "​ចម្លើយបកលើកទីពីរ" របស់ឈ្មោះខបដិសេធចម្លើយរបស់ឈ្មោះក​ដែលថាឈ្មោះខ​បង្កឱ្យមានបញ្ហាឡើងនោះ ។
