Example: A written request to a court that it take a particular action. "Petition" is sometimes used in place of "complaint" as the first pleading in a lawsuit.
ឧទាហរណ៍៖ ពាក្យសំណូមពរលាយលក្សអក្សរទៅតុលាការសុំអោយចាត់វិធានការពិសេសណាមួយ ។ ពាក្យ "បដ្ឋនាលិខិត" ជួនកាលគេប្រើដើម្បីជំនួសពាក្យ "បណ្តឹង" ដែលជាដំណើរការជជែកដំបូងបង្អស់នៅក្នុងរឿងក្តី ។
