Example: A program under which developed countries grant preferential treatments to less of eligible products imported in those developed countries. The program includes duty free on those products. To be eligible as beneficiary countries of this program, certain requirements laid down by the granting countries have to be met (for example, friendly political system, rights of workers participation in drug suppress efforts etc).
