Example: A plan established and maintained by an employer to provide for the participation in the enterprise profits by the employees or their beneficiaries. Such plan often conditions participation in the plan on some occurence, such as death, illness, injury, layoff, retirement, or attainment of a stated number of years of employment.
ឧទាហរណ៍៖ ផែនការដែលបង្កើត និងរក្សាទុកដោយនិយោជកសម្រាប់អោយនិយោជិត​ឬអត្ថាគាហករបស់គេបានចូលរួមក្នុងប្រាក់កម្រៃរបស់សហគ្រាស ។ ផែនការបែបនោះដាក់លក្ខខណ្ឌលើការចូលរូមនៅពេលកើតព្រឹត្តិការណ៍ខ្លះដូចជា មរណភាព, ជម្ងឺ, ការបញ្ឈប់ពីការងារ, ការចូលនិវត្ត, ឬការដល់ចំនួនឆ្នាំនៃការងារដែលបានកំណត់ណាមួយ ។
